Primary Purpose of the Job
Key player on our Dynamics 365 / AX ERP support team, from problem detection to overseeing and providing support for the ERP system community across the Group.
Ensures the effective integration of new companies and divisions into the Group’s ERP application systems.
Understand and translate business requirements into quality system solutions and ensure optimal system performance and stability through support and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
Minimum 5 Years Systems/Business Analyst Experience
Minimum 5 Years relevant IT experience
3-5 years’ experience in MS Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations
Special Requirement
A solid understanding and experience working with ERP systems particularly Financial Systems
Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX/F&O essential
Good understanding/knowledge of financial and business processes
D365 Reporting, Embedded and freestanding PowerBI Reporting from D365
Specialist Skills and Knowledge
Software knowledge and understanding
Process design and documentation
ERP systems knowledge
E-Procurement and CAFM process knowledge will be an advantage
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodology knowledge
SQL database knowledge – Querying and troubleshooting skills
Supply chain knowledge/understanding advantageous
Project Management
Business Analysis & Business Case development
New company onboarding projects
To ensure the effective integration of new companies and divisions into the Group’s business applications
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops together with service providers
Oversee the creation of the requirements document outlining as-is and to-be processes
Review proposed systems interventions together with service providers
Communicate proposed solution, together with associated costs, to stakeholders
Oversee data take-on process conducted by service provider
