Duties:

Preparing financial reports – monthly management statements

Issuing invoices
-
Filing tax returns, including VAT
-
Processing and reconciling supplier accounts, journals, accounts, petty cash and VAT reports.

Assists in overseeing the External year end Audit.

Assist is the implementation of controls within the organisation.

Assist in departmental budgeting and costs cutting initiatives.

Perform analytical review.

Assist in BEE Audits
Education:
-
Completed matric.
-
Relevant qualification in Finance
-
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
-
An eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Experience:
-
4+ Years
-
Experience with Syspro systems or Similar
-
Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
-
Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office and other)

Excellent understanding and knowledge of accounting principles
