- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submission of the flash results
- Review the base revenue report received from the Branch Administrator and submit
- Reviewing dispensing recon.
- Receiving signed commission sheets from the branches and process journals Review the payroll input sheet and Payroll to be confirmed Stock take & stock variance and stock journals.
- Signing off and assisting with bank reconciliation GL recons (entire balance sheet) and all supporting documentation EFT payments – cashbook and creditors Statutory returns. – VAT Budgets Year-end and audit packs.
- Support to General Managers Internal Audits Would be able to assist the Financial Manager with ad hoc items
