POSITION: Finance Clerk
LOCATION: Germiston, Gauteng


REQUIREMENTS
  • Computer literate (MS Office at a minimum)
  • ERP system experience - advantageous
  • Matric
  • Finance qualification – preferable.
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Analytical
  • Self-starter

MAIN DUTIES
Full end to end function for payments of relevant portfolio which includes:
  • Preparation of Payment documents
  • Obtaining relevant approvals
  • Ensure compliance from controls and requirements perspective.
  • Accurate and timely reconciliations and schedules
  • Filing
 
  • Key role in various costing analysis
  • Ad hoc tasks as relates to the department.
  • Branch trading & transactions assessments
  • Branch reviews and related tasks
  • Ad hoc assistance with branch process and compliance
  • Preparing SOP’s and procedures for submission to SOP Controller
