Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant

Role Overview:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include providing end-user support and collaborating with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-User Support:
   • Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after implementation.
   • Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O and address user queries promptly.
   • Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.
2. Documentation and Gap Analysis:
   • Create and develop design specifications, including gap/fit analysis documentation.
   • Document customizations, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information systems, or equivalent.
• Strong process experience and understanding of business analysis methodologies.
• Professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or Teams Calls.

Desired Skills:

• ERP support experience
• F&O certifications will beneficial
