As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include providing end-user support and collaborating with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support:
Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after implementation.
Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O and address user queries promptly.
Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.
Documentation and Gap Analysis:
Create and develop design specifications, including gap/fit analysis documentation.
Document customizations, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information systems, or equivalent.
Strong process experience and understanding of business analysis methodologies.
Professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or Teams Calls.
