LOCATION: Modderfontein, Gauteng
REPORTING TO: Stores Manager
DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALITIES
LOCATION: Modderfontein, Gauteng
REPORTING TO: Stores Manager
DUTIES:
- Running the stores in absence of Stores Manager
- Branch queries
- Branch Transfers (all)
- Picking slips / WIP bins
- Issues to workshop
- Bellow assemblies
- Cycle counts/Stock takes
- 999’s for production items
- Stores Administration
- Filling in for any other stores personnel on leave or sick etc
- Consumption’s
- Packaging and dispatching
- Receiving and labelling
- Breakdowns start to finish stores
- Loading of Stock adjustments
- Control of consumables.
- Dispatching / route sheets
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALITIES
- Matric with Maths
- 3yrs working experience in stores preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, multi-tasking, skills, excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft teams
- Code 8 drivers licence required
- Be willing to work overtime and be on standby
