POSITION: Project Manager - 12 month contract for a CRM Project 
LOCATION: Germiston

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract basis.
This role is essential for managing large, complex CRM and eCommerce projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope,
and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full-scale project plans and schedule project timelines
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Quality assurance and risk management
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Ensure adherence to project governance standards and methodologies

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex CRM and eCommerce projects
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Projects
  • Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • In-depth understanding of project governance and experience with implementing governance structures
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills
  • Direct experience in the sales and distribution industry is highly desirable
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
