This role involves providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ BC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BC functionality, performance, and integration.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide solutions to enhance their use of BC.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of BC modules.
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
- Train end-users on BC functionalities and best practices.
- Work closely with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated with the latest BC features and updates to provide informed support.
- Experience with BC support
- Knowledge of SQL and database management is a bonus but not a deal breaker.
