POSITION: Draughtsman
LOCATION: Cullinan, Pretoria Gauteng
REPORTING TO: Maintenance Manager

Job Purpose
Generate / alter CAD drawings for the company.

Output:
Drawing

• Generate neat and accurate engineering drawings to SANS standard.
• Audit drawings according to plant alterations.
• Effective turnaround times for drawing requests.
• Manage and maintain drawing office libraries.

Projects

• Support departments with drawing requests.
• Compiling of Project Plan and scope of work.
• Costing of projects.
• Continuous improvement plans.

Site Housekeeping

• Maintenance areas are always kept neat and tidy.
• Ensure contractors follow company procedures.

General

• Ownership of designated facility.
• Ensure area of responsibility is of the company standards.
• Report any deviance of Policies and procedures.

Qualification details

• Grade 12 with AutoCAD training (Multi discipline draughting)

Experience

• 2 years CAD drawing experience in construction/engineering is required.
