Job Purpose As our QA Manager, you will lead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will develop and implement policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments and implement controls,
and work closely with various departments to ensure continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures and product specifications aligned to FSSC and customer requirements.
Conduct regular product, process and system inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
Train and motivate staff on quality assurance practices, protocols and product specifications.
