POSITION: ERP BC Developer
LOCATION: Kempton Park

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining solutions
based on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This role involves customizing and extending Business Central functionality, integrating it with other applications,
and ensuring data integrity during upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop and customize applications within Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language and Visual Studio Code.
• Integration: Integrate Business Central with other Microsoft applications, such as Power Platform products.
• Testing and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring solutions work as expected.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, improving code quality.
• Documentation: Create detailed design and technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AL language, C#, SQL Server, and database concepts.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) tools, including source control management (SCM) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of industry terminology and business processes related to ERP systems.
• Familiarity with AppSource and other Business Central-related technologies and frameworks.
