The Order Fulfillment will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating price
and delivery, procure, and expedite goods and services as required and
in accordance with company policies and procedures and with experience
in the metals fabrication environment.

Duties:
The Order Fulfillment will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating price
and delivery, procure, and expedite goods and services as required and

in the metals fabrication environment.

Tasks
- Create production orders.
- Loading jobs onto production schedule.
- Selecting drawings to send to production.
- Processing of costing.
- Understanding of production scheduling
- Able to read technical drawings.
- Liaise with engineering re technical matters.
- When the order is released, check stock and thereafter advise purchasing of any outstanding components.
- Ensure timeous completion of production goods.
- Assist team members/department with additional tasks when load balancing required.
- Attend daily meetings, departmental.
- Assist technical operations team with product costs.
- Work in a Team and as an internal supplier within the overall Supply Chain.
- Produce and manage Production list and backorder reports daily.
- Feedback to all relevant departments with respect to orders, costing issues, and changes to the delivery of their goods or services.
- Any other tasks specified in pursuance of the Company’s objective.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALITIES:
- Matric
- 5 Years in a Planning Environment
- Previous drawing office experience will be an advantage
- Experience in the metal fabrication environment or pipe fitting Industry will be an advantage
- Experience in drawing offices would be an advantage
- Basic experience in quality requirements and specifications
- MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Understand technical drawings
- Good communication skills
- Assertiveness
- Analytical skills
- Work well under pressure
- Multi-tasking skill
