Well-established company in the Property Management industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Support Consultant to join their in-house team. This role is based on-site and will provide critical support to the business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics BC/GP users across various departments, including Finance, Property Management, and Operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing disruption to business processes.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of the BC environment.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization using BC.
- Configure and customize BC functionality to align with business needs under guidance from senior team members.
- Test and implement system enhancements, updates, or integrations as required.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Experience:
- A tertiary education with Microsoft certifications would be ideal
- 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 BC/GP
- A good understanding of BC/GP modules
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
- Experience identifying user challenges and proposing practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users.
- A team player who can collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
