Job Summary: The Senior Tender and Costing Administrator is responsible for managing
the tender process from initial request through to contract award. This role
involves preparing and coordinating tender documentation, developing cost
estimates, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The position
requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work
collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities: Tender Management:
Prepare and manage tender documents.
Evaluate proposals and award contracts.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
Costing:
Develop cost estimates for projects.
Analyse and manage project budgets.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Project Coordination:

Negotiation and Communication:

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, costing, or a related role.
