CRM Consultant/Lead (Contract - 6 Months)

Purpose of the Role:
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure successful deployment and utilization of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents.
    • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities.
  2. Solution Design and Configuration:
    • Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
    • Customize entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to align with business processes.
    • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to implement customizations.
  3. User Training and Support:
    • Provide end-user training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality.
    • Assist users in navigating the system, creating reports, and troubleshooting issues.
    • Address user queries and provide timely support.
  4. Data Migration and Integration:
    • Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    • Work with integration specialists to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other applications (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI).
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct functional testing of configured solutions.
    • Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and adherence to business requirements.
    • Collaborate with testing teams for end-to-end testing.
  6. Documentation and Training Materials:
    • Create user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations and customizations.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates and new features.
    • Propose enhancements and optimizations based on industry best practices.
    • Participate in user feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualification in Information Technology, or related CRM Certifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant.
  • Proficiency in configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules and customizing entities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.
