Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst, with MS Dynamics BC /NAV experience,
to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, gather
requirements, and drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Analyse existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
Document the current ERP Finance setup.
Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Data Analysis:
Collect and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability.
Present findings to management and recommend data-driven solutions.
Conduct a cost and functionality comparison with other ERP systems
Process Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes.
Propose process improvements and automation solutions.
Monitor the implementation of changes and measure their impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
ERP experience, ideally MS Dynamics BC/NAV (Version 14, full finance)
