Overview:
A Microsoft partner, one of SA’s key players in the MS Dynamics CRM sector delivering solutions in a local and international capacity, is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions that drive customer engagement and streamline business processes. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and a passion for solving complex challenges alongside cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Configure and customize key modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Build and refine workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and tailor-made apps.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP systems and third-party applications.
Translate business needs into functional and technical designs through direct collaboration with stakeholders.
Handle data migration, manage system upgrades, and optimize CRM performance.
Ensure all CRM solutions meet compliance standards for security, data governance, and regulations.
Provide technical support, resolve issues, and act as a go-to resource for Dynamics 365 users.
Stay current with updates and new features across the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform are highly valued.
4+ years of solid, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform—Power Apps etc.
Skilled in customizing forms, entities, business rules, workflows, and managing security roles.
Proficient in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server.
Experience with APIs and integrating D365 with other systems.
Comfortable working in Agile environments.
Excellent communicator and natural problem-solver.
