Job Purpose

and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor daily financial operations including accounting, payroll, invoicing, and audits.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
- Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial modelling.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
