Job Purpose The Sales / Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding
relationships with strategically important clients. This role ensures client
satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and aligns customer needs with the company’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
