Role and Responsibilities: Reporting into the Sales Information Manager as part of the Sales team,
responsible for sales order replenishment as well as various sales support duties Sales Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities:
Handle the processing of sales orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and delivered on time (both Vector and any Direct/QSR customer)
Transport planning
Investigate and report customer claims related to damages
Demand & sales operational forecasting
Daily liaison with supply chain on production plans / priorities
Various service level / sales tracker reporting
Sales support admin duties (pricing, Ad hoc, Transport invoices, etc.)
Back up for telesales administrator
Requirements
Grade 12 as minimum requirement
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles
Computer Literacy MS Excel is not negotiable
At least 3-5 years Supply Chain / Analytical experience
