We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our growing ERP team.
This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) who is looking to further develop their consulting skills in a collaborative
and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design effective
solutions, and support successful implementations and ongoing improvements.

and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design effective
solutions, and support successful implementations and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize BC modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Assist in data migration, system testing, and user training activities.
- Collaborate with developers to design and test extensions, integrations, and reports.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for live systems.
- Document configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- Strong understanding of core BC modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.
- Ability to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Basic knowledge of AL programming and the BC development environment (desirable but not mandatory).
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing small to medium-sized workstreams.
- Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related areas (preferred).
