POSITION: MS Dynamics BC Consultant LOCATION: Sandton
We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our growing ERP team.
This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) who is looking to further develop their consulting skills in a collaborative
and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design effective
solutions, and support successful implementations and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Configure and customize BC modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.).
Assist in data migration, system testing, and user training activities.
Collaborate with developers to design and test extensions, integrations, and reports.
Provide user support and troubleshooting for live systems.
Document configurations, processes, and training materials.
Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
1–4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
Strong understanding of core BC modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.
Ability to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into solutions.
Basic knowledge of AL programming and the BC development environment (desirable but not mandatory).
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working directly with clients and managing small to medium-sized workstreams.
Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related areas (preferred).
