POSITION: Customer Support LOCATION: Randburg REPORTING TO: Service Centre Manager
Summary Provide clerical and administrative support while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing.
Their queries promptly and efficiently. As the first point of contact at the Service Centre welcome desk, act as the
frontline Representative, ensuring exceptional customer service. Experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the welcome desk at the Service Centre in accordance with JURA HQ guidelines.
Ensure. accurate recording of repairs, invoicing in Navision, and collection of prepayments before returning machines to customers.
Maintain high quality customer service within assigned responsibilities.
Assist walk-in customers promptly and efficiently.
Open and process job cards for repairs.
Communicate repair progress and expected collection/delivery dates to customers.
Collect payment from walk-in customers upon machine collection.
Document repair details and parts used electronically.
Always follow clear and specific operational procedures.
Use the Web Business System to locate repair parts.in the warehouse.
Update job cards in the Animation System upon completion of repairs, and
generate exit documentation for invoicing in the Navision system.
Perform ad-hoc financial administrative. Tasks as required.

Qualifications: Education:
Grade 12
Experience:
At least 2 years’ technical experience in customer service.
Basic computer skills.
Skills
Basic knowledge of in-house computer systems (Web Business, Business Central, Animation etc).
