POSITION: Business Systems Support Engineer LOCATION: Boksburg
Purpose To provide support on IT Business Systems and to establish proper functioning of all business system software.

Planning Cycle
Short term Planning (up to 6 months) – Work related linked to day-to-day operations

Performance Outputs
Prepare, test, and maintain system operating procedures for business system.
Schedule and execute daily, weekly monthly and year-end system procedures (e.g. parts updating).
Implement automated business procedures/runs as far as possible.
Perform housekeeping maintenance to ensure optimal utilization of systems.
Take corrective action/s in case of system failure.
Engage with relevant third parties to assist in system support.
Troubleshooting and problem diagnoses as and when arises. Escalate complex issues and requests to 3rd party vendor for resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS Title Area NQF Level Grade 12 Matric 4 Certificate Information Technology 6 Certificate MS SQL Certificate Dynamics AX and D365 FO 4 Degree Information Systems or 7 Finance background or Equivalent
