POSITION: ERP Consultant

LOCATION: Bryanston

Responsibilities
The role will include carrying out full lifecycle ERP implementations for either Microsoft Dynamics,
or Epicor Kinetic. ERP Experience is a prerequisite, candidates with experience in one of our solutions would get preference.

• Analysis, design, implementation, training and support.
• Map customers’ information flow between systems and or processes.
• Identifying bottlenecks, reducing manual data intervention, avoiding unnecessary duplication of data capture and or work effort etc.
• The focus is on re-engineering both practical and efficient operational processes, that can be underpinned by technology.

Qualifications

• B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce) minimum. Equivalent bachelor’s degrees may be considered.
• Analytical and logical thinker.
• Problem solver.
• Clear communicator.
• Team player.
• Microsoft SQL would be advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience (full implementation projects would be ideal).

Company has a 4-step interview process.

1. Screening Interview via Teams
2. Interview with relevant department/senior team lead or manager (ideally in person, but open to Teams)
3. Interview with at least 2 of our directors in person at our office in Bryanston
4. Meet & Greet with the Team in person.  We will need 1 – 1.5 hours of their time on a Friday.
