Responsibilities The role will include carrying out full lifecycle ERP implementations for either Microsoft Dynamics,
or Epicor Kinetic. ERP Experience is a prerequisite, candidates with experience in one of our solutions would get preference.
Analysis, design, implementation, training and support.
Map customers’ information flow between systems and or processes.
Identifying bottlenecks, reducing manual data intervention, avoiding unnecessary duplication of data capture and or work effort etc.
The focus is on re-engineering both practical and efficient operational processes, that can be underpinned by technology.
Qualifications
B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce) minimum. Equivalent bachelor’s degrees may be considered.
Analytical and logical thinker.
Problem solver.
Clear communicator.
Team player.
Microsoft SQL would be advantageous.
Strong Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience (full implementation projects would be ideal).
Company has a 4-step interview process.
Screening Interview via Teams
Interview with relevant department/senior team lead or manager (ideally in person, but open to Teams)
Interview with at least 2 of our directors in person at our office in Bryanston
Meet & Greet with the Team in person. We will need 1 – 1.5 hours of their time on a Friday.
