Agronomist: To provide expert product and agronomy support to distributors and agents within a designated region,
enhancing the value of the company’s crop protection solutions through technical advice, crop-specific
expertise, and relationship-based collaboration. The role supports sales outcomes through influence,
education, and innovation—not direct pricing or transactional sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma, Bagaric or BSc degree in agronomy, plant pathology, entomology or a closely aligned field.
2+ years’ experience in agricultural crop protection industry.
Substantial knowledge of business and technical aspects of the product areas and technology is required.
Experience in working with farmers, agents and dealership management.
Must be able to work within a cross functional group setting with significant collaboration but also be independent.

Responsibilities: 1. Technical Product Support
Provide in-field technical guidance on crop protection products.
Conduct product demonstrations and follow-up visits with agents and end-users.
Monitor product performance, handle queries, and provide practical usage feedback.
2. Agronomic Advisory
Offer agronomy support tailored to regional crops and farming conditions.
Advise agents and farmers on integrated crop solutions and practices.
Stay abreast of pest, disease, and environmental trends impacting crops.
3. Relationship Building
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributor agents and growers.
Act as the trusted technical face of the company, positioning the brand as a knowledgeable partner.
Foster collaboration through field days, joint visits, and technical training.
4. Influence & Market Development
Influence product uptake through credibility, knowledge sharing, and solution-based engagement.
Identifies regional product opportunities, gaps, or needs and provide market intelligence to internal teams.
Innovate new ways to position products against competition using insights and creative demonstration.
