POSITION: Enterprise Application Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB
- Providing specialized MS Dynamics GP/BC support, including training to users
- Fulfilling DBA role for all SǪL databases
- Systems design, implementation and project management

- Operational management of Microsoft Dynamics GP/BC environment
- Monitor performance
- Assist with month-end and year-end routines
- Daily and monthly maintenance procedures
- User support and problem resolution
- Backups (GP/BC Specific)
- Quarterly restores from tape tested
- Respond to notifications on failure of SǪL backups
- Daily support
- Register new companies and users
- Security Access
- Creditors Recon
- Cashbook Bank Management
- Fixed Asset Management
- Integration Manager
- Management Reporter
- Payables Management
- Receivables Management
- User training
- Managing 3rd party consultants
- PIMS (in-house Property Management System)
- Operational management of PIMS environment
- Monitor performance
- Problem resolution for all GP/BC and PIMS integration issues

- Plan, develop and maintain Dynamics GP to BC rollout
- Plan, develop and maintain DMS (Document Management System) rollout

ǪUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics GP/BC qualifications will be advantageous
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software packages
- Document management experience an advantage
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and learn from it
- Solid experience in the following
- MS Dynamics GP2010 and later
- MS Dynamics BC
- Microsoft SǪL 2008 and later
