Overview
- We are seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst to strengthen the quality and structure of solution design for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects.

Role Purpose

- Ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with product architecture.

- Work closely with both consultants and developers to ensure clarity and feasibility of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Analysis & Design
- Analyze client problems, enhancement requests, and product gaps.
- Translate requirements into structured solution designs.
- Document system behavior, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify edge cases, dependencies, and risks in proposed solutions.
- Ensure solutions are feasible within product and architectural constraints.
- Work closely with consulting teams to clarify requirements and objectives.
- Prepare clear, structured specifications for development teams.
- Support developers in understanding solution intent and design decisions.
- Participate in solution discussions and provide structured technical input.
- Apply structured thinking to complex system interactions.
- Evaluate how proposed changes affect existing functionality and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve solutions through better system design.
- Simplify complex requirements into implementable solution components.
- Produce clear and consistent documentation for solution proposals.
- Ensure solution outputs include business context, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Improve internal standards for solution design and specification structure.
- Contribute to improving the overall quality of solution output across the organization.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, developers, and product leadership.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience working with ERP or enterprise financial systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NAV, or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Systems Analyst in enterprise software implementations.
- Experience translating business processes into structured system requirements.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and application of accounting concepts.
Technical Exposure
The ideal candidate should also demonstrate:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and structured modelling.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development or analysis tools.
- Some hands-on development or scripting experience (for example Python or similar lightweight languages) Experience designing workflows or solution concepts using tools such as Figma or similar visual design environments.
- Full-time development experience is not required, but the successful candidate should be comfortable experimenting with technical tools and understanding development constraints.
