- MS365 – Including admin skills for Exchange Online, Power BI, Teams, Entra, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Must have network experience (FortiGate, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti and DNS)
- Must have in-depth knowledge of MS Windows 11
- Be able to support, maintain and configure printers, mobile devices and VOIP phones
- Understanding of hybrid infrastructure in Microsoft environment
- Hardware and software troubleshooting and remediation as well as setting up new devices and supporting existing devices
- English and Afrikaans
- Must be admin orientated
- Advantageous: VMware, Rubrik, Mimecast, Send marc, Veeam
- Ad hoc duties
- Position will require supporting users remotely
