Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst, with MS Dynamics BC /NAV experience,
to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, gather
requirements, and drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyse existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Document the current ERP Finance setup.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability.
- Present findings to management and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Conduct a cost and functionality comparison with other ERP systems
Process Improvement:
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes.
- Propose process improvements and automation solutions.
- Monitor the implementation of changes and measure their impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- ERP experience, ideally MS Dynamics BC/NAV (Version 14, full finance)
