POSITION: Senior Accountant
LOCATION: Modderfontein

We are looking for a Senior Accountant. Preferably someone who has already worked in the
medical industry and is familiar with Nappi codes, medical stock control and related processes.

Required experience and skills:
Accounting Responsibilities

Complete financial management and accounting up to trial balance.
Debtors and creditors management.
Bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
VAT calculations.
Inventory control and reconciliations.
Financial reporting.
Year-end preparation and collaboration with auditors.
Strong knowledge of financial controls and internal processes.

Medical Industry Experience

Experience in the medical or healthcare sector.
Knowledge of Nappi codes and medical products.

Office Management Responsibilities

Management of daily office operations.
Supervision of administrative staff.
Supplier management and purchasing processes.
Ensures that all administrative functions run efficiently.

Software & Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting or similar financial qualification.
Salary – market related, negotiable depending on experience.

Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:45
Friday – 08:00 – 15:45
