We are looking for a Senior Accountant. Preferably someone who has already worked in the
medical industry and is familiar with Nappi codes, medical stock control and related processes.
Required experience and skills:
Accounting Responsibilities
- Complete financial management and accounting up to trial balance.
- Debtors and creditors management.
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- VAT calculations.
- Inventory control and reconciliations.
- Financial reporting.
- Year-end preparation and collaboration with auditors.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls and internal processes.
Medical Industry Experience
- Experience in the medical or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of Nappi codes and medical products.
Office Management Responsibilities
- Management of daily office operations.
- Supervision of administrative staff.
- Supplier management and purchasing processes.
- Ensures that all administrative functions run efficiently.
Software & Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting or similar financial qualification.
