Position: Information Systems Coordinator
Location: Stellenbosch

Skills Required
  • MS Dynamics NAV Super User
  • Competent in AL & SQL (VBA or Delphi acceptable),
  • Understand data sets
  • Report writing
  • Understand workflows and business processes
  • Ability to solve business data problems
Experience required
  • Experience in the company’s industry a significant advantage
  • ERP implementation
  • Report writing / SQL query building
  • MS Access data modelling
Key Performance Indicators
  1. Development
  • Development of business specific extensions in MS Business Central 365 in response to changing export
  • protocols or legislative requirements,
  • Development of user-friendly business intelligence tools,
  • Insourcing of business intelligence requirements.
  • Competent in AL & SQL (VBA or Delphi acceptable),
  • Leveraging and expanding and fully utilising Business Central 365 functionality,
  • Driving application automation, adoption and integration of latest technology within company (e.g. Block Chain, Automation, Virtual Assistants etc.),
  • Workflow analysis and optimization within Business Central 365.
  • Accurate, appropriate and stable BI models,
  • Facilitate the insourcing of outsourced BI function.
  1. Information Management
  • Systems integration and development,
  • Data structures,
  • Software systems management and development.
  • System integration and development planned and managed,
  • Backup systems managed,
  • Data structures formalised, optimized and maintained,
  • Overall management of MS Business Central, BI Tools, Datatim, Dipar and data access
  • Capacity management of all above systems.
  1. Report Writing
  • Design and development of financial, operational and management specific reports as required by users.
  • Competent in Crystal Report writing,
  • Multi-platform functional, accurate and stable reports,
  • Enhance mobile reporting.

  • Risk policies

  • Risk policies developed and maintained
  • Security of data and all systems managed
