POSITION: PA to Executives
LOCATION: Kempton Park, Gauteng
 

Purpose of the role
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) by managing the day-to-day operations of their offices,
compiling presentations & reports, and assisting with the planning and organizing of group events.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the calendars of the CEO & ELT members, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Coordinate and plan group company events, including logistics, guest lists, and venue selection, ensuring alignment with the ELT's vision and objectives.
  • Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the ELT.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials for the CEO & ELT.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for the ELT.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments and manage event invitations for the ELT.
  • Liaise with internal personnel at all levels, members of the board, external clients, industry bodies and stakeholders on behalf of the ELT.

Skills
  • The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have exceptional organizational skills, be an adept communicator, and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications and experience
  • Business Administration or similar degree.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Working environment
  • Office environment with occasional travel for events and meetings.
  • Standard business hours with flexibility for overtime as needed.
