POSITION: PA to Executives LOCATION: Kempton Park, Gauteng
Purpose of the role The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) by managing the day-to-day operations of their offices,
compiling presentations & reports, and assisting with the planning and organizing of group events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the calendars of the CEO & ELT members, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Coordinate and plan group company events, including logistics, guest lists, and venue selection, ensuring alignment with the ELT's vision and objectives.
Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the ELT.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials for the CEO & ELT.
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for the ELT.
Arrange and confirm appointments and manage event invitations for the ELT.
Liaise with internal personnel at all levels, members of the board, external clients, industry bodies and stakeholders on behalf of the ELT.
Skills
The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have exceptional organizational skills, be an adept communicator, and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications and experience
Business Administration or similar degree.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Working environment
Office environment with occasional travel for events and meetings.
Standard business hours with flexibility for overtime as needed.
